यह योजना भारत सरकार द्वारा किसानों की आर्थिक स्थिति सुधारने के लिए शुरू की गई है। इसके तहत पात्र किसानों को सीधे लाभ (Direct Benefit Transfer) दिया जाता है।

Eligibility Criteria — पात्रता

Individual farmers with agricultural land
Must have agricultural land in own name
Pump capacity as per land size: 2 HP per acre is standard
Grid-connected component requires DISCOM agreement
Existing diesel pump owners get priority in most states

60% subsidy on solar pump installation; sell surplus power to discoms
25-year solar pump lifespan — near-zero electricity cost
Sell surplus power at ₹3-4 per unit to DISCOM

How to Apply — Step by Step

State Nodal Agency (SNA) से संपर्क करें

हर राज्य में MNRE द्वारा designated agency है। mnre.gov.in पर राज्यवार contact details मिलेंगे।

Solar pump component के लिए apply करें

Component B (standalone pumps) या Component C (grid-connected) में जरूरत के हिसाब से apply करें।

Farmer contribution — सिर्फ 10%

Total cost का 10% advance जमा करें। 60% subsidy और 30% bank loan से balance cover होगा।

90 दिनों में installation

SNA द्वारा empanelled vendor installation करेगा। आमतौर पर approval के 90 दिन के अंदर pump install हो जाता है।

PM-KUSUM Yojana में सरकार कुल लागत का 60% subsidy देती है (30% केंद्र + 30% राज्य)। किसान को केवल 10% खुद देना होता है और 30% loan से मिलता है।

Solar pump कहां से मिलेगा?

State Nodal Agency (SNA) द्वारा empanelled dealers से ही solar pump खरीदना होगा। सीधे market से खरीदने पर subsidy नहीं मिलेगी।

PM-KUSUM में surplus बिजली बेची जा सकती है?

हां, Component A में किसान अपनी बंजर/कृषि भूमि पर solar plant लगाकर बिजली DISCOMs को बेच सकते हैं और ₹60,000-80,000 प्रति एकड़ तक वार्षिक आय कमा सकते हैं।
