1. Use of Platform — Platform का उपयोग
Indian Kisaan एक agricultural information platform है जो किसानों को tractors, harvesters, equipment, government schemes, और farming guides की जानकारी प्रदान करता है।
Platform का उपयोग आप केवल lawful purposes के लिए कर सकते हैं।
- • Platform को illegal या fraudulent purpose के लिए use करना
- • Automated tools से data scraping करना
- • Platform की security compromise करने की कोशिश करना
- • False या misleading information submit करना
- • Spam या unsolicited communications भेजना
2. Product Listings — उत्पाद सूचना
महत्वपूर्ण: Indian Kisaan पर दिखाई गई सभी prices और product information केवल informational purpose के लिए हैं।
- ⚠Final price के लिए directly dealer से संपर्क करें — actual price vary हो सकती है।
- ⚠Tractor, harvester, equipment prices ex-showroom हैं। Transportation, taxes अलग से applicable।
- ⚠Subsidy amounts government policy के अनुसार बदल सकती हैं। Apply करने से पहले verify करें।
- ⚠हम किसी specific product या dealer की guarantee नहीं देते।

Platform का उपयोग करते समय आप जिम्मेदार हैं:
4. Intellectual Property — बौद्धिक संपदा
Indian Kisaan platform पर सभी content — text, images, logos, data, और software — Indian Kisaan या उसके licensors की intellectual property है।
- • Content को बिना permission के reproduce, distribute, या modify नहीं किया जा सकता।
- • Platform का personal, non-commercial use allowed है।
- • Commercial use के लिए prior written permission आवश्यक है।
5. Limitation of Liability — दायित्व की सीमा
Indian Kisaan किसी भी indirect, incidental, special, या consequential damages के लिए liable नहीं है।
हम निम्न के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं:
- • Platform information पर rely करने से हुआ कोई नुकसान
- • Third-party dealers या services की actions
- • Government scheme changes या delays
- • Technical issues, downtime, या data loss
- • Market price fluctuations
हमारी maximum liability किसी भी circumstance में ₹1,000 से अधिक नहीं होगी।

हमारे platform पर government websites, manufacturer sites, और अन्य third-party links हो सकते हैं। ये links convenience के लिए हैं। हम इन sites की content या practices के लिए responsible नहीं हैं। कृपया इन sites की privacy policies और terms अलग से पढ़ें।
7. Governing Law — लागू कानून
ये Terms of Use भारत के कानूनों के अनुसार governed हैं।
किसी भी dispute के लिए पहले negotiation और mediation का प्रयास किया जाएगा। Courts of Delhi, India की exclusive jurisdiction होगी।
8. Changes to Terms
Indian Kisaan इन Terms को किसी भी समय modify कर सकता है। Changes platform पर post होने पर effective हो जाते हैं। Continued use of platform = acceptance of modified terms। आपको periodically इन Terms review करने की सलाह दी जाती है।
