Subsidy on purchase of farm machinery and equipment.

यह योजना भारत सरकार द्वारा किसानों की आर्थिक स्थिति सुधारने के लिए शुरू की गई है। इसके तहत पात्र किसानों को सीधे लाभ (Direct Benefit Transfer) दिया जाता है।

Eligibility Criteria — पात्रता

• Individual farmers, FPOs, cooperatives
• Priority to SC/ST, small & marginal farmers, and women farmers
• Cannot claim subsidy on same equipment twice within 10 years
• FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations) get additional priority
• Must be from the state where equipment will be used

Benefits — लाभ

• Up to 50% subsidy on farm machinery purchase
• Access to modern machinery at fraction of market price
• Custom Hiring Centers (CHCs) can be set up for tractor rental income
• Women farmers get additional 10% over standard subsidy in some states
• After purchase, machinery can earn rental income from other farmers
